- Grade Specificob Summary: The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and performance across various processes. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Automation Design and Development:Design and develop automation solutions using appropriate tools and technologies.Create and maintain automation scripts, frameworks, and libraries.Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.Implementation and Testing:Implement automation solutions and integrate them into existing systems and workflows.Conduct thorough testing and validation of automation scripts to ensure reliability and accuracy.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes.Continuous Improvement:Monitor and analyze the performance of automation solutions and make necessary adjustments.Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and best practices.Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance automation capabilities.Documentation and Reporting:Document automation processes, scripts, and frameworks.Generate reports on automation performance and provide insights to stakeholders.Maintain comprehensive records of automation activities and changes.
Qualifications
:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in automation engineering, preferably in [specific industry].Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.Preferred Gen AI+AI+LLM Management +Data science with Python , flask , basic SQL , (DEv ops automation ), mandate :- GEN AI+AGentic AI Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Preferred Gen AI+AI+LLM Management +Data science with Python , flask , basic SQL , (DEv ops automation )
